An Angry Doctor! Citywide riots! A billionaire investor banned from watching his team, and a full-on Brawl! Here what happens when NBA Fans Take It WAY TOO FAR!

1. Billionaire Ejected
In the Oracle Arena during game 3 of the 2019 NBA Finals, Kyle Lowry tried to stop the ball from going out and this happened..... Unfortunately, Kyle landed near Mark Stevens, a man who gets angry at becoming part of the action and yet he gets courtside seats. Mark pushed Kyle various times and told him to "Go f*** himself!" The Billionaire was ejected from the arena, banned from all games and team activities for a year, and fined $500,000!

2. Cleveland Chaos.
In 2010, Lebron James was frustrated with his home team. Even though the fans loved him, his team's reliance on him alone to win games was too much and when he didn't play so well, the team lost, so he decided to leave and join the Miami Heat. However, he chose to massively hype up his decision-making process on national television, would he stay? would he go? and if so, where? This created so much tension with his hometown fans that when he finally dropped the "I'm leaving" bomb, Cleveland exploded. Fans burnt replicas of the Number 23 shirt, rioted on the streets of Cleveland, and threw rocks at a ten-storey billboard of Lebron, extra police patrols were sent out and several arrests were made. An open letter from the Cleveland Cavaliers owner Dan Gilbert saying that their "Former hero" had "Deserted his home town" only added fuel to the flames and Lebron went from being the most loved, to the most hated person in Cleveland in a night.

3. Brawling in Detroit
In 2004, in a grudge match between the Indiana Pacers and the Detroit Pistons. With just one minute left on the clock, the Pacers led 97-82, and it looked like the Pacers would get their revenge in the Pistons' own arena! The Pistons were at breaking point and after a hard foul from Artest, they snapped. Players started pushing each other around and fans started throwing things. Artest tried to stay calm, knowing they had the game won, he lay down and didn't get involved, that was until a Detroit Fan hit him in the face with a full diet coke. Artest jumped over the scores table and headed straight for the fan who threw it, other fans and players started throwing punches and a full-on brawl started. The game was canceled and security tried to restore order and safely remove the players whilst Detroit fans threw anything they could at them.
The NBA didn't take the incident lightly, Artest was suspended for the whole season, Jackson was suspended for 30 games, O'neal for 15, Wallace for 6, Johnson for 5, and Miller for 1.

4. Doctor Bird.
In 2016, 76er fans were looking forward to having a winning season and in their opening game against Oklahoma city they were ahead 18-7 and the fans were hyped up. However, Westbrook was hyped too, and after driving through three defenders and somehow hitting this crazy shot, he decided to give the crowd some attitude. 76er fan Doctor Richard Harkaway stood up, flashed Westbrook two birds, and shouted "F*** You!" Westbrook was dumbstruck and asked the ref "Can he do that?". The Doctor was ejected from the arena and later apologized, claiming that Westbrook had shouted "Sit down fatty!" and so he had responded with the double bird, but two wrongs don't make a right and he was sorry for his actions.

5. Blindspot
Trying to distract players during free throws is as much a part of basketball as celebrities sitting courtside. Some distractions can be hypnotic, some psychological, and some downright hilarious, but this jazz fan to it way too far when Harden was about to take a free throw, he shone a laser pointer right into harden's eyes. laser pointers can damage the retina after just 10 seconds of exposure and this can lead to permanent vision loss. The fan was ejected from the arena and received a one-year ban from all NBA games.
