16 Year old Starr Andrews Skates To, "One Moment In Time". She sings during the first portion of this program. The second half is the one and only Whitney Houston. With this performance Starr brought herself to tears and the audience to its feet. She's been named to the team to represent the United States at the 4 Continents Championships and the Junior World Championships.
