The Wizards force Game 5 and Donovan Mitchell drops 30 points on the Grizzlies | SportsNation
SportsNation goes through Monday’s biggest stories including the Washington Wizards beating the Philadelphia 76ers to force a Game 5 in Philadelphia. Joel Embiid left the game at the end of the 1st quarter and didn’t return due to a right knee injury, he’s set to have an MRI but it’s unsure if he’ll be able to play on Wednesday. Russell Westbrook recorded another triple-double with 19 points, 21 rebounds, and 14 assists. However, he also became the first player to ever shoot less than 20% in a playoff triple-double performance. Donovan Mitchell led the Jazz with 30 points in their win over the Grizzlies. Rudy Gobert added 17 points and Jordan Clarkson dropped 24 to give Utah a 3-1 series lead. SportsNation goes back, back, back to 1997 when Michael Jordan hit a jumper over Bryon Russell as time expired to give the Bulls the victory, 84-82.
